Orders are placed by adding items to your shopping cart and completing the checkout process. Upon successful placement, you will receive an automated confirmation email containing your order details.

HANDCRAFTED & ON-DEMAND ITEMS

Because our bags are 100% hand-knitted, if a selected item or specific color variant is not immediately available in stock, we will contact you within 24–48 hours to inform you of the exact production timeframe.

LOCATION & SHIPPING

All products are created and dispatched from our studio in Chania, Crete, shipping both domestically (Greece) and internationally via partnering courier services.

Estimated Timeframes:

• In-stock products: Dispatched within 1–3 business days.
• Made-to-order (Custom/On-demand): Due to the meticulous handcrafted process, production takes approximately 5–10 business days.
• Transit time: 1–3 business days for mainland Greece, 2–4 business days for islands/remote areas, and 4–10 business days for international destinations (depending on the country).
